BUILDING STRONGER
COMMUNITIES.
Building Stronger Kids. Building Stronger Communities.
S.A.F.E. Programs NH brings together children, families, seniors, veterans, schools, businesses, and volunteers through self-defense, anti-bullying, fitness, education, mentorship, and service.
Four ways we build strength
Self-Defense
Building confidence, preparedness, and resilience.
Anti-Bully
Building respect, kindness, leadership, and safer communities.
Fitness
Building health, strength, movement, and lifelong wellness.
Education
Building knowledge, life skills, citizenship, and future leaders.
Strong communities aren't built by accident. They're built by people who show up — for a kid who feels unsafe, a family that needs a hand, a neighbor worth knowing. We're building that, together, in New Hampshire.
S.A.F.E. gives kids the confidence to stand tall, families a place to belong, and a whole community something to rally around. No child is ever turned away for cost — because a stronger New Hampshire has room for everyone.

Our community center also offers all-ages facility sports (pickleball, basketball, baseball & more) in partnership with Rockin' Fitness NH — the home your support helps build.
Bringing Back the Spirit of the Presidential Fitness Awards
A generation of Americans learned discipline, health, and pride through the Presidential Fitness Challenge. S.A.F.E. is reigniting that spirit as a New Hampshire community fitness movement — a shared standard of strength and wellness for kids, families, schools, seniors, and community centers across the state.
Building it together
Every dollar goes to work for New Hampshire kids and families — and we report it honestly. Be one of the first to move the bar. See exactly where it goes on our Trust & Transparency page.

Family-friendly — come meet the S.A.F.E. team and celebrate a stronger community.
